Dance Injuries

XRayThere are less chances of injuries if a dancer is in good physical condition  and is working correctly.  Injuries usually occur if a part of the body is weak, or when the dancer is tired - physically and/or psycologically.  Because dancers can’t bear to take a break, they often pretend that their injuries are simply not that bad.
